Cable Car Wurzeralm – Austria

In 2020, the Wurzeralm funicular underwent a significant modernization with the replacement of its two old carriages. Handel Engineering, in collaboration with HIWU, was responsible for the planning and execution of the new aluminum superstructures. The result is a contemporary, lightweight design that ensures both functionality and visual appeal, improving the passenger experience on this iconic alpine route.
